**Job Title: Graphics Designer & Web Designer (2-3 Years Experience)**
**Location: Nagpur**
**Job Type: Onsite**

**Department: Design & Marketing**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing, social media, and product UI.
- Design responsive and user-friendly web pages for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into high-quality visual outputs.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all design materials.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance UI/UX design.
- Optimize designs for performance and accessibility.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic and web design.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**, **CorelDRAW**, and **Canva**.
- Strong understanding of **UI/UX principles**, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience designing **responsive websites** using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web layout principles.
- Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a software/IT company.
- Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks.
