- **Reading and Interpreting Drawings**:They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand the required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- **Selecting Grinding Wheels**:Choosing the correct grinding wheel based on material type, desired surface finish, and required tolerances is crucial.
- **Setting Machine Parameters**:The operator sets parameters such as speed, feed, and coolant flow to achieve optimal grinding results.
- **Performing Grinding Operations**:They perform various grinding operations, including plunge grinding, traverse grinding, and internal grinding, to achieve the desired shape and finish.
