Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support**:
Manage and maintain the MD's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Organize and prioritize incoming requests, tasks, and appointments for the MD.
**Communication Management**:
Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and review official documents, presentations, and reports for the MD.
**Meeting Coordination**:
Organize meetings, conferences, and travel logistics for the MD.
Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Prepare briefing materials and agendas for the MD's meetings.
**Document Management**:
Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records for easy retrieval.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Project and Task Management**:
Assist the MD in managing key projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Track and follow up on progress of ongoing tasks.
Coordinate with various departments for project updates and deliverables.
**Travel and Logistics Management**:
Arrange domestic and international travel for the MD, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
**Key Requirements**:
**Education**:
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or a related field.
**Experience**:
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
Experience in managing office operations, scheduling, and handling high-level communications.
