Job Role
- Publishing the daily MIS on Value and numbers for CASA and Business Banking team.
- Data collation from Principals and YTD data keeping.
- Automation of acquisition review template.
- Various new MIS designated from time to time.
- Need to prepare the base data to prepare the Balance Score Cards.
- Maintain SOP details, preparing HRMS masters.
- Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel
- Coordinating with KLI, KGI, KSEC and internal product team for various requirement of dumps and MIS from time to time.

Job Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of various types of products like Types of accounts, Insurance, etc.
- Knowledge of concepts like AMB, AQB, EOP, Account Variant, etc related with retail liabilities.
- Proficient in Excel both basic and advanced, (Macros will be added advantage).
- Proactive and can work under high pressures.
- Maintaining dumps of all products and preparing the ADHOC requirements from time to time for senior management.
- Strong drive for automation of daily and redundant MIS.
- Pro-active thinker and creator of actionable MIS to help execution in the channel.

Maintain high standards of punctuality and accuracy of the MIS send to the regions.
