Product & Graphic Designer

**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative **Product & Graphic Designer** with a total of 5 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. In this role, you will contribute to both product design and graphic design efforts, working on a variety of projects ranging from digital interfaces to physical products and marketing materials. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that align with our brand identity and meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Design**:

- Work on the design and development of user-friendly products (both digital and physical), ensuring usability, functionality, and aesthetics are seamlessly integrated.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive product designs and user experiences.
- Conduct user research and testing to understand customer needs and iterate on product designs based on feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure the design is aligned with the overall product vision and business goals.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create compelling and visually appealing designs for marketing and branding materials, including digital ads, brochures, posters, banners, social media assets, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and ensure all design work aligns with the company's visual identity.
- Work on packaging, promotional material, and other collateral to ensure a unified aesthetic across various touchpoints.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure design solutions meet both functional and visual requirements.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into the design process.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
- **Innovation & Research**:

- Stay current with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to inform design practices and innovation.
- Incorporate design best practices and new tools into your workflow to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
- Prioritize tasks and deliverables based on project timelines and business needs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, graphic design, or a similar design-focused role.
- Proven experience in designing both digital products and graphic assets across various platforms (web, mobile, print).
- A portfolio showcasing a range of product design and graphic design work, demonstrating strong visual design, user-centered thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other design software.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with product design methodologies, including wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
- Strong knowledge of design for both digital and physical products (including packaging, branding, and print collateral).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality design execution.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
