Job Description: Finance Executive

Location: Mohali

Experience: 1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review client invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing client invoices, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and project management, to gather necessary information for accurate and timely invoicing.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the management of cash expenses, including recording and reconciling payments, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Support the finance team in various financial activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role, preferably 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including invoicing, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
