Position: Student Course Counselor (Business Development Executive)

As a Student Course Counselor (BDE), you will play a crucial role in assisting students in making informed decisions about their academic journey, promoting our courses, and contributing to the growth of the institution.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Student Enrollment: Guide students through the admission process, assist with form filling, and ensure all required documentation is complete. Address any queries or concerns they may have, providing excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.

3. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing students, ensuring their satisfaction with their chosen courses and resolving any issues that may arise. Build rapport with prospective students to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

4. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement strategies to promote courses and attract potential students. Participate in marketing events, education fairs, and other promotional activities to enhance the institution's visibility and reach.

6. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets set by the institution for student enrollment and course promotion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence students positively towards course enrollment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages for effective communication with students and parents.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and passionate about promoting education and guiding students towards their academic goals.

Salary Package:
The salary package for this position ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 20,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the fixed salary, high incentives will be offered based on achieving enrollment targets.

**Location**:
The position is based in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. As the primary work location, counselors may occasionally need to travel within the city for marketing events and educational fairs.
