**Key Responsibilities**:

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Master’s Degree in History or Political Science** (or both) with **B.Ed.** mandatory.
- Preferred NET qualified.
- Minimum **3-5 years of teaching experience** at Senior Secondary level preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with **digital classroom tools** (Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.).

- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
