**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently coordinate with sales for all incoming contract provision requests once presales process is completed
- Setup the customer instance and provision access to expected stakeholders, coordinate with sales and presales to notify customers and ensure a seamless transition to engagement
- Maintain requisite MIS and dashboards for access controls and contract expiry
- Support the trail process by replicating above activities for product trials
- Take ownership of usage support required for products, manage the dashboards and ensure timely support is available in case of any usage challenges
- Share consolidated usage files with reconciliation to respective teams
- Act as product owner for managed services to support summary reports on Onboard and Risk Analytics SI & CI
- Ensure product new formats are supported to enable greater customer adoption of products with localized content
- Conduct routine checks to understand whether the customers are supported with the right formats and are satisfied with the insights
- Act as the champion for managed services to interact with customers regarding queries on content and pass on to the right owners
- Liaison with other teams such as delivery & product ops, sales and occasionally with suppliers to enable seamless services regarding the scope of managed services agreed with customers

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / any other professional courses
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Operations and support
- Experience in maintaining MIS and dashboards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
