Area 1: GHG Data Verification & Compliance
- Verify data entries from various sites aligns with uploaded invoices stored in the shared drive.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with sites to ensure any necessary corrections are made.
- Track missing spreadsheets and proactively follow up with sites to obtain completed versions.

Area 2: Database Management System Support
- Monitor and maintain the business contacts database; ensure updates for employee onboarding/offboarding, site information, site leads, and managers are performed accurately.
- Serve as a communication point for business-wide needs and updates.
- Identify and report ‘bugs’ in existing software.
- Participate in periodic status calls with the external software development team to discuss ongoing initiatives and improvements.
- Provide user support, including responding to questions and assisting with training as needed.

**Supervisory Responsibility**:
This position does not oversee any direct reports.

**Work Environment**:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

**Physical Demands**:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Qualifications:
**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Proficient or higher level of mastery in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with shared drives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience with GHG reporting, environmental compliance, or business operations support is an advantage.

**Preferred Experience**:

- ** 2-3 years of experience in data verification, environmental reporting, or business operations**.
