**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Computer Operations**:

- Manage and maintain student and staff databases using school ERP software.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of school records.
- Prepare and print student report cards, ID cards, certificates, and other official documents.
- Operate and maintain office equipment like computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Assist with maintaining digital records and backups of school data.

**Office Assistance**:

- Assist the administrative office with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain proper filing of school documents, attendance registers, and other records.
- Support teachers and staff in printing and formatting documents for exams, worksheets, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and other service providers as needed.

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Answer and route phone calls and respond to general queries from parents or visitors.
- Help in organizing school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the school administration.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Familiarity with school ERP systems (preferred).
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in an educational institution (preferred).

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based role within the school premises.
- May require occasional overtime during exams, admissions, or events.

**Compensation**:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
