Admitok is seeking an experienced **HCC Medical Coder** to join our growing team. As a remote medical coder, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and accurately coding patient medical records following HCC guidelines. If you're a CPC-certified coder with experience in HCC coding, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately assign HCC codes to patient medical records.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and industry coding standards.
- Work closely with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and gather necessary documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **CPC (Certified Professional Coder)** certification is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of HCC coding experience.
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM and CPT coding.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
