**Job Overview**:
As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling and effective written content to communicate messages that resonate with the target audience. Your primary responsibility will be to craft persuasive and engaging copy for various channels, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing collateral, websites, social media, and more. You will work closely with the sales / marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Tailor messages to the target audience, considering their preferences, behaviors, and demographics.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and reinforce the brand voice and messaging guidelines across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that copy aligns seamlessly with visual elements.
- **Research and Understanding**:

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
- Gain a deep understanding of the products or services being promoted to effectively communicate their benefits and unique selling points.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit copy for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ensure all content is error-free and meets quality standards before publication.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to brainstorm ideas and develop cohesive campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver compelling narratives.
- **Deadlines and Time Management**:

- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality copy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Copywriter or in a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of written work and demonstrated ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to align copy with overall marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines is a plus.
- Familarity / handson experience of using **Ai**

**Tools and Software**:

- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience with content management systems and collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
