Job Title: Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Create compelling and visually engaging designs for various platforms, including digital and print media.

Develop creative concepts, layouts, and artwork for marketing materials, social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other collateral.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Interpret project briefs and transform them into visual concepts that communicate the desired message effectively.

Use design software and tools to produce high-quality designs, illustrations, and graphics.

Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.

Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continually enhance design quality.

Edit and retouch images as needed to optimize visual appeal.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work closely with clients or stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Ability to work creatively within brand guidelines and adapt to varying design styles.
