**Required Skills**:

- 2 + years of professional experience in Automation testing with Selenium C#.
- Strong passion for testing and quality.
- Knowledge of Test Management software (eg. Jira)
- Experience in the usage of SQL queries for databases. (MSSQL)
- Experience in automation with selenium with C# using Page Object Model.
- Experience in API Testing and automation.
- Good understanding of all phases of SDLC, including system analysis, design, coding, test automation framework, debugging, and documentation.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Source Code Management tools like TFS or Git.
- Good problem-solving, Analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on Excel/Word experience is required.

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Design and Implement Automation Testing and QA strategy to ensure high-quality product delivery. E.g., covering the scenarios which are critical to business, covering all aspects.
- Taking ownership of and contributing to successful delivery by performing in-sprint automation.
- Test Data Creation and developing effective test cases using selenium with C# with the test data created.
- Re & Regression Testing on Modified release builds.
- Work with development and engineering teams to provide a consensus-based development lifecycle solution that is scalable, adaptable, and in synchronization with ever-changing business needs.
- Work with the product development team to ensure that products meet high quality, performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Optimization of development life cycle approaches through an understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams specific to automation scripts to drive toward root cause identification and resolution.
- Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate, using support tools/means. (Google sheets, Freshdesk and Jira)
- Stay updated with new testing approaches, tools, and strategies.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate test and automation activities independently.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with QA scripting languages and unit test coding may be advantageous.
- Knowledge of BFSI and BFSI Compliance will be a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based testing with Azure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
