**Responsibilities**:As our Social Media Content Creator cum Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and connecting with our community. Your responsibilities will include:
**Content Creation**:Develop and create engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and educational content.

**Social Media Management**:Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Implement and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.

**Audience Interaction**:Foster a strong community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our audience across various platforms.
Monitor trends and conversations to stay informed about the needs and interests of our audience.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy and improve online presence.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
Coordinate with team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
