**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the Procure to Pay process by managing purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Utilize MS Excel to maintain and analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support in the Order to Cash process by managing customer orders and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address inquiries and issues.
- Support the Accounts Receivable process by tracking and managing outstanding payments.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the finance team by supporting various projects and tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash Accounts Receivable and Procure to Pay processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.

**Certifications Required**

MS Excel certification is required. Certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
