Job Title: General Studies (GS) Faculty

Location: IBT Institute, Dibrugarh

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience: 0-3 Years Preferred

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline (History/Polity/Geography preferred)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver engaging classroom lectures as per exam syllabus

Create high-quality study materials, notes, and mock questions

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and regular assessments

Stay updated with current affairs and latest exam patterns

Guide students with exam strategies and preparation techniques

Maintain class discipline and foster a positive learning environment

**Required Skills**:
Good command over English and Hindi/Assamese

Ability to make complex topics simple and interesting

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with SSC, Banking, and State-level exam syllabi

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in coaching/teaching GS for competitive exams

Strong general awareness and interest in current affairs

Capability to teach in both English and regional language (Assamese/Hindi)
