Research cultural traditions, motifs, and têxtile techniques for inspiration.

Develop creative concepts, sketches, and digital designs using CAD tools.
- Choose and source materials such as silk, cotton, chiffon, georgette, and handlooms.
- Collaborate with fabric suppliers to customize prints, patterns, and colors.
- Incorporate embellishments like zari, sequins, embroidery, and beadwork.
- Oversee the development of patterns, fittings, and garment construction.
- Collaborate with artisans, tailors, and production teams to achieve flawless execution.
- Use traditional techniques such as block printing, mirror work, and hand embroidery.
- tay updated on global and local trends in women’s ethnic fashion.
- Incorporate customer feedback to create relevant and appealing designs.
- Innovate by merging ethnic designs with modern silhouettes.
- Plan seasonal or themed collections to align with market demand.
- Ensure high standards of quality in design, material, and craftsmanship.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
