**Job - Sales Executive (Telecaller)**

**Required Experience** - 1 Yr

APOGEE GROUP offers top-tier agricultural implements, such as the 3D GNSS Land Levelling System equipped with its GNSS sensors, GNSS Land Leveller including its base and antennas, and Laser Guided Land Levelling System complete with Laser Transmitter, Laser Receiver, Laser Control Box, and Bucket/Scrapper.

**Responsibilities**:∙Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback. ∙Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. ∙Familiarity with industry-specific sales practices and experience in the technology sector. ∙Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. ∙Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information. ∙Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. ∙Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. ∙Prepare and submit daily call reports to the supervisor. ∙Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
