**Job description**
- Growth in the Ecommerce Business of our Edible Oil Brand on key accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, BigBasket etc.
- Worked on Domestic and International both
- Increase Online Revenue through Organic and Paid Methods
- Manage brand operations and brand reputation
- Digital Marketing to increase brand awareness and reach
- Managing order processing on a timely basis
- Managing customer messages and customer satisfaction
- Managing Account health
- Maintaining a healthy inventory of all SKUs
- Sending inventory to warehouses on a timely basis.
- Procuring packing material on a timely basis
- Formulate a comprehensive account wise strategy for E-Commerce channel
- Responsibility for online sales as per budgets
- Uploading products bulk data on panel & manage all details in MS Excel.
- Must Know Single/Bulk Listing, Photoshop, Photoshot, Cataloging, Inventory Update, Price

Update, Order Processing, Seller Account Launching, Brand Registration, Seller Flex, Flipkart Smart, Cloudtail. Promotion, Campaign Management, Sale Boosting, Return Claims Management, Account Health Management
- Listing of products on all websites & increase presence by listing on new portals, listing (A+) on Amazon.
- Updating Product Data/ specifications/ Images/ Pricing/ Discount Inventory Management.
- Creating product content and images using Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
- Compare prices & products listing from competitive websites.
- Monitor day to day sales, catalogs, promotions, sales, returns, refund, customer issues and update
- Accounts Handling, Buyer messages, Negative feedbacks, Claims, and overall account health Etc.
- Handling SMO for ecommerce and also listed product.
- Handling Returns & File Claims

3+ experience in growing FMCG brands online

Strong analytical skills and data science skills

Strong experience in online sales management and growth

Proficiency in MS-Excel. Advanced Excel operations and functions like Filters, Sorting, & Pivot tables, etc for MIS reports.

**Salary**: ₹8,114.70 - ₹20,000.00 per month
