**Job Title**: Foundation Batch Teacher (Classes 9 & 10)

Department: Academic / Science & Math Foundation

Reports to: Academic Coordinator / Principal / Head of Department

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Delivery**

Plan and deliver engaging and concept-focused lessons in [Subject: Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry / Biology].

Design lesson plans that bridge school curriculum with competitive exam preparation.

Use visual aids, experiments, problem-solving methods, and interactive strategies to build conceptual clarity.

**Curriculum and Assessment**:
Prepare and update academic content including assignments, worksheets, and test papers.

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback.

Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support or extra sessions as needed.

**Student Mentorship**

Guide students on study techniques, exam strategies, and time management.

Motivate students to achieve academic excellence and foster a competitive spirit.

Track academic progress of each student and maintain performance records.

Parental and Team Collaboration

Communicate regularly with parents about student progress through meetings or reports.

Coordinate with other teachers and academic staff to ensure consistency in delivery and expectations.

Participate in academic planning, training programs, and workshops organized by the institution.

**Administrative Responsibilities;**

Maintain attendance, discipline, and decorum in the classroom.

Assist in organizing academic competitions, tests, and enrichment activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
B.Ed. is preferred (optional in coaching setups).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience teaching Classes 9 & 10, preferably in a foundation or coaching setup.

**Key Skills and Attributes**:
**Effective teaching and communication skills.**

**Patience, approachability, and a student-centric attitude.**

**Ability to inspire and challenge high-performing students.**

**Familiarity with competitive exam patterns like NTSE, Olympiads, JEE/NEET (Foundation level).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
