**Summary**:
A successful Solution Architect acts as an SME for the select suite of Adobe products and services. They enjoy designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. An individual filling this role will work closely with the sales counterparts to influence and accelerate large sales opportunities, globally. Provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation. This individual will act as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders to align the right delivery strategy, estimates, and timelines to service client requirements. Responsibilities
Lead deep discovery sessions with clients to understand their kye business needs and requirements
Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design, engagement approach, timelines and estimates
Work on pre-sales activities to position successful delivery of customer solutions and accelerate sales pipeline
Work with internal stakeholders to validate delivery efforts, complexity of solutions and prepare final service delivery estimates
Functional Requirements
8+ years of experience in technical/ business consulting, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Solutions like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager
Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritise client requirements and required Capabilities. Ability to ask hard questions during workshops and suggest best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processes
Proven ability to design and optimise business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask
Strong background in leading large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
Technical Requirements
**Certification (any type) in at least one of the following**:
i.Adobe Analytics
ii.Adobe Target
iii.Adobe Audience Manager
iv.AEP/AEM
Deep understanding of web technologies like tag management system, tagging and implementation methods, data collection methods, visitor identification methods, data layer design, cookies etc. Hands-on experience in implementation of one or more of above mentioned solutions on web and mobile using Adobe Launch Intermediate-to-advanced Javascript and HTML skills Able to explain the differences between online and offline data collections methods (along with data storage and manipulation techniques), differences between DMP, DSP and CDP solutions, data ingestion methods and customer identity graphs
