**Role Overview**

As a rapidly growing social enterprise, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Associate in our Finance team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting rePurpose Global's financial endeavors, managing end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping processes, ensuring compliance with India and US GAAP standards, and overseeing day-to-day financial operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of corporate finance while making a meaningful impact on our organization's growth and mission.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Operations Management**: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, and Employee Reimbursements. Execute month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Assist in efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements to support business decision-making. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- ** Compliance**: Handle TDS, GST, and ROC compliances in accordance with Indian regulations. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to statutory requirements.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries and provide necessary information.
- ** Audit Support**: Assist in the preparation and coordination of audits, both internal and external. Ensure compliance with audit recommendations and implement corrective actions as needed.

**What Are We Looking For**:

\uD83D\uDCCC Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

\uD83D\uDCCC Proficiency in working with Tally and Quickbooks Online is essential

\uD83D\uDCCC Solid understanding of Indian and US accounting principles and regulations

\uD83D\uDCCC Experience in managing TDS, GST, and ROC compliances

\uD83D\uDCCC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

\uD83D\uDCCC Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\uD83D\uDCCC Distinctly passionate about environmental sustainability and socio-economic impact
