**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**:
1. Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory (Reading, Writing, and Typing).

2. Law graduates demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic legal environment.

3. Familiarity with legal databases and research tools.

4. Sound legal research and drafting abilities.

5. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

6. Team player with a proactive attitude. Work Experience: 1-3 year

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Conducting legal due diligence for both agricultural and non-agricultural lands, including preparation of comprehensive title search reports and title certificates.

2. Possess in-depth understanding of key land legislations such as the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, Tenancy & Agricultural Land Act, Fragmentation & Consolidation of Holdings Act, MOFA, and RERA**.**

3. Drafting and reviewing a wide range of property-related documents, including Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Deeds of Conveyance, Powers of Attorney, Joint Venture Agreements, and Development Agreements.

4. Proficient in interpreting land records such as 7/12 extracts, mutation (Ferfar) entries, 8A forms, and other revenue documents.

5. Skilled in conducting online searches and assisting in title verification procedures, adjudication, stamp duty payments, and document registration with relevant authorities.

6. Handling litigation involving land and real estate disputes.

7. Conducting legal research on statutes, case laws, and government policies relevant to land and property matters.

8. Maintain and organize legal documentation and filing systems in both digital and physical formats.

9. Preparing and updating Legal MIS statements on weekly and monthly basis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
