Job Description:

- **Shisha Preparation & Service**:

- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of shisha flavors, ensuring optimal taste and smoke quality.
- Customize shisha blends based on guest preferences, including flavor combinations and tobacco strength.
- Monitor and adjust shisha to maintain a consistent smoking experience.
- **Equipment Maintenance & Hygiene**:

- Regularly clean and sanitize all shisha equipment, including pipes, hoses, and mouthpieces.
- Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized shisha preparation area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on shisha flavors and options.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to shisha service promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage shisha supplies, including tobacco, coals, and accessories.
- Ensure stock levels are sufficient and coordinate with management for replenishment.
