**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Placement Strategist to lead influencer seeding, styling, and garment placements for our hero products and collaboration collections This role requires someone with strong industry connections, a keen fashion sense, and the ability to maximize visibility through strategic influencer and celebrity partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive influencer seeding and styling strategy for key products and collaborative launches.
- Place branded garments with mega macro influencers, creators, and celebrities.
- Identify opportunities with local IPs, trending creators, and niche community figures.
- Manage product flow, styling requests and placement logistics.
- Collaborate with PR and co-marketing teams to enhance visibility and brand recall.
- Track placements and evaluate impact on awareness, engagement, and brand equity.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity styling, fashion PR.
- Proven experience in fashion placements, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations.
- Existing network with stylists, talent managers, or influencers is highly preferred.

**Key Skills**
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and cultural trends.
- Excellent eye for styling, fashion aesthetics, and product market fit.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously.
- Strong communication relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset to track, report, and optimize placement performance.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, creative environment.
