**What You'll Be Doing**:
**User Interviews & Focus Groups**: You’ll chat with users, ask the right questions, and uncover what makes them tick. Your mission? Get deep insights on their experiences.**Customer Journey Mapping**: Help us map out every step of the user’s journey on our platform, finding ways to make it smoother and more enjoyable.**Benchmarking**: You'll compare our user experience with other platforms to see where we can level up.**Spotting Patterns**: Look for user behaviors and trends that will help us improve our products. ️‍ ️**Building Customized Experiences**: Use the insights you gather to help craft a personalized experience that users will love and keep coming back for.**What We’re Looking For**:
