Position: SAP Signavio Resource

Experience: 5-7 years of process design experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio.

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad

Work Hours: 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm IST

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into process design using SAP Signavio.
- Design and model end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Conduct process workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather process-related information.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization using SAP Signavio.
- Develop process documentation, including process flowcharts, process maps, process diagrams, and process narratives.
- Define process performance metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with technical teams and provide guidance on process integration and implementation within the SAP Signavio environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SAP Signavio and process design methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in process design, process improvement, or business process management.
- Strong knowledge and 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio.
- Proficiency in process modeling techniques and tools, including BPMN, UML, or similar.
- Solid understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to work in partial US hours to facilitate collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certification in SAP Signavio or related areas.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and integration with SAP Signavio.
- Experience in process automation using SAP Signavio or other workflow automation tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
