Your role will involve content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to ensure our social media activities drive growth and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Strategy Implementation**: Assist in creating and executing social media strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
- **Community Management**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our social media community in a timely and professional manner.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and activities. Use insights to optimize strategies and content.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns and promotions.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments, including design and content, to ensure a cohesive brand message and visual identity across all platforms.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or a related role.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools.
- **Content Creation**: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- **Analytical Ability**: Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Creativity**: Innovative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas and creative solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
