DevOps team at inMorphis is introduced to enable and expedite the practices of DevOps within the organization culture. This team provides consultancy and automation services within the customer ecosystem to improve agility, stability, and faster time to market. The major focus areas of the team Are Infrastructure as Code, Orchestration, and deployment pipelines/workflow creation. Moreover, the team is responsible for implementing ServiceNow DevOps and ensuring that the end user Leverages the benefits of ServiceNow in their DevOps/cloud ecosystem.

**Requirements**:

- Effectively manage and assign projects as necessary while lending continuous support to the team with a good amount of availability.
- Building and maintaining tools, solutions and micro services associated with deployment and Our operations platform, ensuring that all meet our customer service standards and reduce errors.
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
- Work with open-source technologies in area of CI/CD, Orchestration, IAC and monitoring.
- Establish infrastructure automation Framework by leveraging Configuration management and Infrastructure as code (IAC)
- Stay updated with Fast evolving ServiceNow DevOps and expertise the Now platform offerings and new integrations with other DevOps tools and public Cloud provider offerings.
- Automate our operational processes as needed, with accuracy and in compliance with our security requirements.
- Establish DevOps Engineer team best practices.
- Update our processes and design new processes as needed to optimize performance.
- Deploy product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise.
- Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch
- B.E/B-Tech/ M.Sc./ MTech from recognized college/university.
- Software Engineer with overall work experience of 5 to 11 Years.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Operational DevOps and cloud platforms.
- Minimum 5 years in software analysis and development, ideally in the fields of automation applied to operations.
- Hands-on experience in Linux administration.
- Knowledge of IAC (Infrastructure as a Code) and configuration management tools, Ansible Preferred
- Development experience in Scripting languages like Shell/Python/Golang
- ITIL Foundation Knowledge/Certification is a plus
- Well versed with the cloud concepts and offerings of major cloud providers like AWS/Azure/GCP
- Knowledge of DevOps fundamental concepts and tooling.
- Knowledge on CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Good understanding of Project Management
- Good interpersonal communication and team coordination skills are needed to work successfully with other teams like SRE’s, DEV, DBA’s etc.
