Teaching Assistant/teacher

### Pre-Primary Teachers
- **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for young children.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and needs.
- Encourage social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through various teaching methods.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

## Primary Teachers
- **Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events.
- Foster the holistic development of students through co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- **Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong classroom management skills.

## Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
- **Responsibilities**:

- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students’ learning needs.
- Conduct assessments and monitor students’ progress.
- Engage students in interactive and practical learning experiences.
- Participate in school activities, events, and professional development sessions.
- **Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.

## Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)
- **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams.
- Conduct practical sessions, experiments, and project work.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.
- **Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching senior secondary students.
