**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and implement a variety of age-appropriate activities to promote creativity, curiosity, and foundational skills.
- Integrate play-based and experiential learning methods to engage children.
- Foster early literacy, numeracy, and motor skills through interactive lessons.
- **Child Development Support**:

- Observe and assess each child’s individual needs, interests, and developmental progress.
- Provide support and encouragement to promote self-confidence and independence.
- Address developmental challenges with tailored approaches in collaboration with specialists when needed.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Guide children in understanding and following classroom rules and routines.
- Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among peers.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child’s progress, behavior, and milestones.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide resources to support learning at home.
- Involve families in school activities and celebrations to build a sense of community.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure children’s safety by supervising activities and maintaining a clean and secure environment.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any accidents or emergencies.
- Teach basic hygiene practices and routines.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about early childhood education trends, techniques, and tools.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance professional skills.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with colleagues to create an integrated and enriching curriculum.
- Participate in school events, open houses, and extracurricular activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
