**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with our team members to understand project goals and objectives.
- Edit raw video footage and audio recordings, ensuring that the final product is engaging and on-brand.
- Create and produce visually appealing graphics, animations, and other visual content to support video productions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and visual design.
- Manage and organize all video and visual assets to ensure accessibility and reusability.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for video and visual content.
- Develop and produce high-quality video and visual content that supports our AI driven acceleration program and promotes our brand.
- Ensure that all video and visual content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Manage video and visual assets effectively to ensure accessibility and reusability.
- Continuously improve our video and visual content offerings to meet the evolving needs of our program participants and stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Proficiency in visual design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Knowledge of video and visual production best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative storytelling techniques.

**Salary**: From ₹250,000.00 per year
