Space 5 (& its associated companies) are looking for young, versatile and dynamic Sales Executive/Specialist to help us build up our business activities. Space 5 is amongst India’s top 25 Architects. We are the highest rated architecture firm in the Punjab state as well. As a Sales Executive, to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for analyzing the prospective clients and selling our products, handling client's complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

**Qualification & Employment requirements**
- Proven experience of 1 year as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Good in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Positive attitude, energetic and quick
