**What you'll do**
As a key individual contributor role, the Cyber Security Architect Associate is responsible for developing end-to-end security architectures for the SAP Enterprise and Cloud Products. You will maintain awareness of industry security architectures, and research and test their applicability to SAP’s enterprise technology and products. You will work with product development and other cyber security professionals to design and implement security architectures. As an enabler you will provide guidance and consulting on compliance and technical security measures to internal SAP teams in all Board Areas. You will also actively contribute to our support model and help triaging incoming requests and maintain effective relationships with our internal customers.
**What you bring (maximum character count 750)**:
- 1 - 3 years of professional working experience in an Information Security, IT or development role
- Graduate in Computer Science or IT Security
- Result orientation and execution focus
- Proactive behavior, quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed
- Strong communication & presentation skills both written and spoken in English
- Quickly understand the business and take ownership of the assigned tasks
- Ability to challenge complexity and facilitate teamwork and collaboration
- Knowledge in software development and underlying security concepts is a plus.
**Meet your team**
The Defensive Architecture Team within the SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance organization manages the SAP Cybersecurity Architecture Framework, maintains security hardening specifications, and provides Cyber Security architecture consulting and advisory services to deliver secure cloud services to our customers. Additionally, it is acting as the trusted partner & advisor for IT and data security matters.
