**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenses, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings as required.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations, recommending necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as assigned by the Finance Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with e-commerce or retail accounting is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proactive approach towards identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
