**THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA**

**THE ROLE**
- Designing and creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas while iterating designs based on feedback, A/B testing, user testing, and emerging design trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
- Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance user experience
- Staying regularly updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative design solutions

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine arts, or any related design field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the design industry as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
