**Job Summary**:
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high-quality output. This role involves supervising workshop staff, managing resources, and maintaining equipment to meet production and service goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate workshop activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Assign work to technicians and monitor performance to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain workshop tools, machinery, and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor workshop staff, providing guidance and technical support as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of necessary supplies and spare parts.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance when required.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, staff performance, and material usage.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of workshop operations, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software is an advantage.
- Preferred Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial workshop environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with workshop tools and machinery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
