Job Responsibility:

- **Manage** the **workshop production **and **efficiency** of the team to ensure all projects are manufactured.
- Identify any **stock requirements **and **communicate **to management.
- Ensure works are carried out in **accordance with processes**, completing all necessary **documentation** and **submitting** to the office within agreed timescales.
- Train & motivating employees to **achieve targets.**
