We are looking for **highly motivated Field Sales Executives** to join our growth team and help us onboard **retail outlets, malls, and local businesses** to the Swipee platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Identify and approach potential clients** (malls, restaurants, retailers) in your assigned territory.
- Pitch Swipee’s **cashback reward and payment solution**, demonstrating benefits like increased footfall, digital visibility, and customer retention.
- **Close B2B deals** by enrolling merchants onto the Swipee platform.
- Maintain a target of **2+ successful client onboardings per day.**:

- Collect feedback, market insights, and competitor intelligence from the ground.
- Assist merchants in **setting up their dashboard**, wallet top-ups, and training staff on Swipee usage.
- Participate in weekly review meetings and submit daily work logs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales / merchant onboarding / retail marketing (0-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with on-ground operations and client pitching
- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge
- Fluency in local language + basic English or Hindi

Salary Structure:

- Fixed: ₹20,000/month (post-training confirmation)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
