**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our digital marketing agency. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. This role involves identifying, collaborating with, and managing influencers across various niches and platforms to achieve marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives and target audiences.
- **Influencer Identification**: Identify and research potential influencers, content creators, and partners in line with client campaigns and niches.
- **Outreach and Engagement**: Reach out, negotiate, and build relationships with influencers. Collaborate on campaign ideas and content creation.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
- **Content Coordination**: Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and guidelines.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Contract and Agreement Management**: Draft contracts, agreements, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- **Budget Management**: Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively and report on campaign ROI.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, summarizing campaign results and impact.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, influencer marketing platforms, and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ethical and transparent approach to influencer partnerships.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
