**Job Description: Videographer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with brand messaging.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Ensure video projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet creative standards.
- Edit footage using video editing software to create polished, engaging final products.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and special effects when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new equipment, and emerging video techniques to keep content fresh and innovative.
- Manage video archives and organize digital assets for future use.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and pacing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work on-location when required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
- Experience with drone videography and certification (if applicable).
- Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
- Experience in color grading and sound design.
