**Job Overview**

To plan and execute assigned project within the targeted timelines & Budget. Coordinate with internal and external customers for smooth execution of projects. To design safe scalable route for the API / Intermediates. To Support RFP preparations by providing Raw material consumption coefficient.

All PPL clients and target Pharma companies

**Reporting Structure**

Role directly reports to: Head - R&D

Direct Reportees: Research Scientists/Jr.Research Scientists/Research Associates/Trainees.

**Experience**

Minimum 15-20 years relevant experience, with exposure to senior management level in CRAMS, CDMO, API and services based development organizations.

Proven working experience in R&D with increasing responsibilities in the domain and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills written and verbal.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
