Job Title: Aluminium MIG Welder

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aluminium MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful

thicknesses to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Welding Preparation: Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific

welding requirements.

2. MIG Welding: Weld aluminium materials using MIG welding techniques. This includes setting up

welding equipment, executing precise welds according to specifications, and adjusting welding

equipment as necessary.

3. Quality Assurance: Inspect and test welds for durability and conformance to specifications and

standards. Utilize calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate work.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular and preventive maintenance on welding equipment and

accessories.

5. Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce strict safety regulations and procedures as set by the

company.

6. Problem Solving: Identify issues with welding equipment or the welding process and collaborate

with team members to find and implement solutions.

7. Productivity Improvement: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

and suggesting improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a MIG welder, specifically with aluminium.
- Comprehensive knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools used in

the welding process.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield,

gloves, etc.).
- Good attention to detail and dexterity.
- ITI welder or equivalent; relevant professional/vocational qualification will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹28,500.00 per month
