Garment Merchandiser

Always preparing the plans and production schedules for manufacturing Garments.

To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Head office Merchandiser / Department.

To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.

To keep close contact with central store to know the actual In-house status of all relevant production materials and inform the same to factory Management in well ahead.

Drawing up the master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet export dates according to customer orders.

Exploring production specifications and maintaining the factory capacity data.
Internal & external communication-Information should flow throughout the order cycle (with buyers & with departments, within the company and vendors) from Order
confirmation to shipment.

Co-ordinate various departments - Apparel Merchandiser should co-ordinate various departments such as sourcing, sampling, production, quality assurance, and logistics) for smooth execution and timely delivery of orders.
Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Analyzing sales figures, market trends and customer behavior to determine product needs.
- Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
- Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
- Ensuring retail staff are well informed on product details and promotions.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory.
- Liaising between customer and company.
- Forecasting sales and profits.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Saree: 1 year (preferred)
