**Job Summary**:
The CCTV Monitoring Officer is responsible for overseeing surveillance systems to monitor sales-related activities, customer behavior, staff performance, and overall store security. This role supports both loss prevention and operational efficiency in the retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor live CCTV footage to observe sales counters, cashier activities, and customer transactions.
- Detect and report any suspicious activities including theft, fraud, or policy violations.
- Watch for employee compliance with standard operating procedures, especially during sales transactions and customer service.
- Observe customer flow and behavior to support store layout and merchandising decisions.
- Capture and archive footage for use in audits or incident investigations.
- Work closely with store management and security personnel to report real-time issues.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying shrinkage risks and patterns.
- Document daily observations and prepare incident reports as needed.
- Ensure all surveillance systems are functional and report any malfunctions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; security or retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, retail operations, and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Ability to identify abnormal or fraudulent sales behavior.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential footage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
