
Online Sales Executive

Listing of the various SKU’s on E-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
Fulfilling all the requirements with regards to the Listing Requirements - like Videos, Images and Content.
Come up with promotional offers.
Monitor day to day sales of the various SKU’s and prepare Sales and Product Matrix and Reports.
Keep a check on the Inventory and initiate movement of SKU’s as required into the E-Commerce Warehouses.
Co-ordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Sourcing and Logistics Departments for various related activities.
Keep abreast with the competitor’s product in the Market and prepare Online selling strategies accordingly.
Keep a track on Expired products and near to Expiry Date products so as to take a proactive step to sell the Inventory. Keeping the Sales and Marketing Manager informed of the same.
To follow up on Customer Complaints and Feedback on the Online Platform and address any queries and concerns.
To keep a track of Returns and report the same and take necessary actions.
Responsible for developing and implementing an integrated marketing and sales concepts and methodologies plan for entire range of products.
Ensure smooth inter departmental coordination, flow of information.
Responsible for driving 3PL and Online Sales.
Understanding the Costs involved in E-Commerce business and work on Minimizing the same.
