- Knowledge of statistics, programming and/or clinical drug development
- Collaborates effectively with the clinical team, biomarker scientists, and the study statistical programming team to meet biomarker analysis deliverables and timelines.
- Possesses knowledge of clinical trial study design and various biomarker assay types, including but not limited to immunohistochemistry, cell phenotype, and next-generation sequencing.
- Demonstrates knowledge of CDISC standards for SDTM, ADaM, and has experience with submissions to regulatory agencies.
- Proficient in SAS programming, with an in-depth understanding of SAS GTL.
- Proficient in R programming, using data science library packages such as tidyverse, pharmaverse, and shiny.
- Demonstrates statistical knowledge, interprets complex datasets, and applies modeling methods in both SAS and R languages.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe PDF.
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
