**REQUIREMENTS**

**Must-Have**

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in developing storyboards for e-learning videos using **PowerPoint**, **Google Slides**, and **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to translate learning objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Experience in designing storyboards for animations, explainer videos, or interactive e-learning modules.
- Advanced knowledge of visual composition, camera angles, scene transitions, and pacing.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a storyboard artist, with at least 2 years specializing in e-learning projects.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a range of storyboard projects, especially for educational or training videos.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with instructional designers, scriptwriters, and video editors.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects to understand the end-to-end production process.
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards for e-learning content.
- Experience with creating storyboards for gamified learning or interactive media.
- Knowledge of 3D tools like Blender or Maya for enhanced storytelling capabilities.
- Understanding of diverse learner demographics and designing for accessibility (e.g., color contrast, captions).

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities (Vertical - T)**
- Translate scripts and learning objectives into detailed, visually engaging storyboards for e-learning videos.
- Develop visuals, scene descriptions, character actions, and dialogue placements that align with instructional goals.
- Revise storyboards based on feedback to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Create visual references for animation and production teams, ensuring seamless transitions from storyboard to final video.

**Collaborative Responsibilities (Horizontal - T)**
- Work with creative and technical teams to brainstorm innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior storyboard artists or designers.
- Stay updated with trends in e-learning design, animation, and instructional strategies.
- Contribute to process improvements for storyboard development and production workflows.
- Support team initiatives to enhance learner engagement through effective visuals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
